You will lead structured discovery workshops with C-suite stakeholders, develop value hypotheses, create economic models and business cases, and help translate modernization and platform decisions into funded, board-approved programs. You will also partner with Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success during high-stakes renewals and expansions, aligning value narratives across the engagement lifecycle.

  • Lead executive discovery and advisory sessions by designing and facilitating structured workshops with CMOs, CIOs, CDOs, and CFOs
  • Apply and evolve value management methodologies (including frameworks such as Value Realization Acceleration (VRA)) to translate technical software capabilities into measurable financial outcomes
  • Author reusable value assets, including industry use cases, value stories, and executive-ready financial templates
  • Influence without formal authority across Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success during renewals and account expansions, and stay synced with delivery teams operating in agile and scaled-agile frameworks

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in value advisory, consulting, or financial strategy; experience building ROI models and business cases in customer-facing or consulting contexts is required
  • MBA or equivalent quantitative background is preferred
  • Financial modeling and ROI analysis expertise, including comfort with clients pressure-testing assumptions
  • Experience leading structured discovery sessions and workshops with C-suite executives
  • Fluency in value realization frameworks (ideally including or comparable to Value Realization Acceleration (VRA))
  • Experience authoring reusable, executive-ready deliverables (e.g., industry use cases and value stories) and influencing cross-functionally across Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success during renewals and account expansions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a squad member or Scrum Master within agile program frameworks is a plus
