This role works with the managing partner and an outside accountant to ensure client invoicing stays on schedule and payments are received on time. - 1+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or collections (internships included).
- Experience with QuickBooks Online, Xero or NetSuite.
- Proficiency with Excel, including filters and pivot tables.
- Clear, professional writing for client emails.

- Experience billing professional services or projects.
- Experience with international wire payments.
- Experience with Bill.com or another invoicing tool.
