Capital Markets Analyst

Overview

This role is for Certified Contractor positions at the Senior level within a private capital ecosystem platform serving fund managers, investors, operators, and finance professionals across private markets. The platform integrates deal flow, analyst talent, investor relations, networking, training, and job placement.

Compensation ranges from $50 to $200 per hour, depending on Analyst Rating Score, credentials, and approvals.

Role Description

The organization is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Certified Capital Markets Analysts. This is an independent contractor role activated through a certification and verification process rather than traditional employment.

Once approved, analysts:

• Are promoted within the platform
• Gain access to live deal flow and paid analytical assignments
• Support investors, fund managers, and operators on real transactions
• Build a verified deal track record and Analyst Rating Score

Certification tiers include:

• Senior Analyst
• Lead Analyst
• Analyst / Associate Analyst

Analyst Levels & Pay Ranges

Responsibilities (Approval-Based)

Depending on certification approvals, analysts may be engaged in:

Financial Modeling & Valuation

• Building 3-statement financial models
• DCF and LBO modeling
• Capital markets transaction modeling
• Sensitivity and scenario analysis
• Comparable company and precedent transaction analysis
• Preparing "football field" valuation summaries

Due Diligence & Transaction Support

• Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis
• Commercial and operational diligence
• Risk assessment
• Investment memo and reporting support

Analysts perform work only in approved categories earned through assessment and performance.

How to Start Earning

• Complete the Analyst Certification Assessment or approved training
• Receive category-specific approvals (Modeling, Valuation, Due Diligence, Capital Markets)
• Get verified on the platform
• Begin earning immediately through hourly projects and live deal work

Verified analysts are actively promoted to investors, sponsors, and fund managers without the need for cold applications or unpaid experience.

Certification & Eligibility

Candidates must meet at least one of the following:

• Score 70% or higher in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment
• Complete the platform's Financial Training
• Hold an active professional credential such as CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent

Analyst Rating Score

Each analyst receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score that determines:

• Visibility on the platform
• Approved work categories
• Recommended hourly rates

Compensation & Deal Terms

• Analysts operate as independent contractors, not employees
• Hourly rates depend on Rating Score and approval level
• Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees
• Maximum deal-based earning is $2,500 per transaction
• Payments are issued only after successful deal completion and fee collection
• Approvals may be revoked for quality or compliance issues
