CFO Advisors - USA

Overview

A short-term contract opportunity is available for Senior Finance and Accounting Advisors to support an AI-focused project involving complex accounting, bookkeeping, financial analysis, and advisory tasks.

Location and Work Arrangement

• United States only (candidates must be currently based in the USA)
• Fully remote
• Must have a minimum of 4 hours overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST)

Engagement Details

• Duration: 10 weeks
• Commitment: Up to 40 hours per week
• Compensation: $200 per approved task
• Openings: 15
• Start Date: Immediate

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and provide accurate accounting and finance guidance
• Address complex accounting, bookkeeping, and financial questions
• Review financial information and deliver data-driven recommendations
• Apply professional accounting and finance expertise to real-world business scenarios
• Support advisory-style questions related to SMB finance and accounting
• Evaluate financial situations and communicate recommendations clearly and professionally

Requirements

• Must be currently based in the United States
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, financial consulting, or related fields
• Experience in senior finance roles such as CFO Advisor, Controller, Finance Manager, Financial Consultant, or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and financial statement analysis
• Experience handling complex accounting and finance-related queries
• Proven experience providing financial guidance or advisory support to SMBs and/or business owners
• Active experience using QuickBooks Online (QBO) or prior experience with Omni Chat
• Experience supporting or managing financial matters across multiple businesses or companies is preferred
• Self-employed professionals and SMB owners with strong hands-on finance experience are encouraged to apply
