Overview

This position supports senior bankers and management by providing information management and content creation aligned with the business’s strategic objectives. The role reports to the Market Executive and uses independent judgment to design and create effective materials and reporting. The position may support complex projects with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage projects for bankers and the leadership team, including:
    • Independently translating direction into executable plans
    • Problem solving with team members and partners to achieve stated outcomes
    • Conducting research and analysis as needed
    • Ensuring projects are brought to closure
  • Create content for executive presentations, board materials, leadership routines, town halls, and other forums (e.g., presentations, agendas, executive summaries and action items, spreadsheets, and other materials)
  • Maintain Teams / SharePoint site and associated content
  • Support the development of the business’s strategy, strategic plan, and related strategic initiatives
  • Analyze data and make recommendations based on results to identify insights and support decision-making
  • Support special projects and provide content creation, analysis, and research as required

Additional Accountabilities

  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required
  • Consistently adhere to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job, including completing required compliance trainings
  • Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) — Bachelor’s degree
  • Entry level; internships in the financial industry preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to create executive-level presentations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications, with an emphasis on PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay range: $52,570.50 - $86,911.00
  • Total compensation may include variable incentives, bonuses, commissions, or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment
  • Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program
