Director Finance (Personal Care Services) - Remote

Overview

This role is responsible for leading finance operations and guiding the team using sound financial management practices, targeted reporting, and system analysis to anticipate challenges and support organizational growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead a finance team using sound financial management practices.
• Use targeted reporting and system analysis to anticipate financial challenges and support decision-making.
• Oversee financial planning and analysis activities, including:
  • Budgeting
  • Forecasting
  • Reimbursement analysis
  • Performance management
• Ensure financial planning processes incorporate applicable regulations and principles.
• Maintain hands-on involvement in key finance functions.
• Provide leadership in developing finance professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or other related field required.
• 10 years of equivalent experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
• 5 years of experience in a financial leadership role or other related field.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • financial planning and analysis
  • budgeting
  • forecasting
  • reimbursement analysis
  • performance management
• Prior experience in Personal Care Services (PCS) required.
• Experience leading and developing finance professionals.
• Excellent presentation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Reports to the Vice President of Finance.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $160,000-$180,000 (based on the company’s good faith estimate at the time of posting). Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
