Equity Trader

Overview

An organization focused on advancing AI quality is seeking an Equity Trader to join their team. This remote role offers flexible scheduling and the option to work part-time, full-time, or on a periodic basis. The position involves contributing expertise to train AI Assistant models to better serve finance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses related to macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets
• Use your financial education and professional experience to verify the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs
• Test AI models with complex, real-world financial scenarios and edge cases to evaluate their reasoning capabilities
• Provide clear, structured feedback to enhance the intelligence and reliability of successive AI versions

Requirements

• Expert-level financial reasoning and formal training in a finance-related discipline
• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level
• Detail-oriented with strong skills in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis
• A Master’s or PhD degree (completed or in progress) is strongly preferred but not mandatory
• Relevant backgrounds include Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning

Compensation & Benefits

• Remote position with flexible scheduling
• Ability to select preferred projects
• Hourly pay starting at USD $50-$60, with additional bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work

• Payment is processed via PayPal, which handles currency conversions from USD
• This is an independent contract position
