Finance Analyst II

Overview

This role involves compiling and analyzing financial information for a health plan.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations.
• Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, ensuring financial information is recorded accurately.
• Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and present findings to senior management.
• Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of financial or data analysis experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Inpatient admission pricing and estimation experience.
• Experience in healthcare, MA, and/or studying cost trends.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot table, Power BI, V & H-Lookup, and Excel queries.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $56,200.00 - $101,000.00 per year.

• Actual pay may be adjusted based on skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
• Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.

• Remote position.
