Finance Manager

Overview

This role supports a finance organization responsible for accounting, financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and decision support across the business. Work is focused on ensuring financial accuracy, operational discipline, and clear performance insight, within the insurance industry.

As Finance Manager, you will help bring structure, accuracy, and insight to core finance operations. The position partners closely with leadership to support planning, compliance, and long-term business success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial performance reporting across the business.
• Manage month-end close processes and ensure accurate, timely financial statements.
• Develop financial controls and procedures to improve compliance and reduce risk.
• Partner with leadership on strategic planning, analysis, and business performance insights.
• Lead and mentor the finance team while improving accounting workflows and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including team leadership.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with NetSuite or another financial management system.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
