Overview
A technology and entertainment organization serving over 100 million users is seeking a Finance Manager for Live Services Revenue Forecasting. The company focuses on delivering hardware and network services and creating entertainment experiences through a globally recognized brand. This role supports revenue forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis for a portfolio of first-party live service titles.
Responsibilities
- Support revenue forecasting and financial analysis for live services portfolio
- Maintain and enhance forecasting models using new methodologies and automation
- Participate in financial planning cycles including annual planning and budgeting
- Analyze game performance and communicate insights to leadership and stakeholders
- Develop scenario analyses and business cases related to monetization and investments
- Collaborate with studios, product management, analytics, and operations teams
- Assess financial impacts of licensing, marketing, development, and operational costs
- Drive process improvements to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency
- Monitor industry trends and competitive benchmarks in gaming and live services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced certifications preferred
- 7–10 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, FP&A, or related functions
- Preferred experience in gaming, entertainment, technology, or subscription/live service models
- Advanced skills in Excel and financial modeling
- Experience with forecasting automation tools or advanced analytics is a plus
- Strong communication skills to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative experience across cross-functional and global teams
- Interest in gaming, digital entertainment, and live service business models
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated base pay range: $139,900 to $209,900 USD, varying by location and individual factors
- Compensation based on experience, skills, and geographic location, consistent with hybrid working policies
