Overview
A leading organization in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) technology is seeking a Financial Analyst to contribute to executive decision-making by consolidating monthly financial results into clear, actionable insights. This role is well-suited for early-career professionals aiming to develop foundational experience in financial reporting and analysis while supporting cross-functional business partners.
Responsibilities
- Consolidate global commercial financial results from all regions into a cohesive summary
- Execute monthly revenue reporting, including Average Selling Price (ASP), Price Volume Mix (PVM) analysis, revenue and volume reporting, and other key metrics
- Support the creation of monthly Executive Management Business Reviews and various management reporting materials
- Provide detailed insights in quarterly reporting decks to inform executives about current business performance relative to historical trends and forecasts
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with a willingness to learn new data tools and systems
- Understanding of core finance principles across financial statements
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Comfort analyzing large data sets and communicating actionable conclusions
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines with accuracy
- Detail-oriented self-starter who takes ownership of work
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools
- Experience with Hyperion or similar budgeting systems
- Industry experience in medical devices, healthcare, or consumer products
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $65,000.00 - $108,300.00

Experience and Education
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of related experience
Location and Work Arrangement
- Primary work location is a home office with a flexible workplace model
- No assigned workstation; office visits coordinated with manager as needed
- Must live within commuting distance (typically 75 miles/120 km) of an assigned company site
