Overview

This role is responsible for financial analysis and non-clinical administration support across home care, home health, hospice, palliative, pediatric, and immediate-care services. Work is accuracy- and documentation-driven, with an emphasis on maintaining reliable financial records, performing reconciliations, and managing financial exceptions.

A successful output is traceable and audit-ready—showing the source used, what changed, what remains open, and who owns the next action.

Responsibilities

  • Protect confidential account information and ensure access and activity remain traceable within non-clinical administration processes supporting home care, home health, hospice, palliative, pediatric, and immediate-care services.
  • Review financial inputs against supporting records, ensuring evidence and traceability are maintained.
  • Reconcile discrepancies prior to reporting or processing.
  • Track unresolved financial exceptions and maintain clear ownership for follow-up actions.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation, including record maintenance and evidence preservation.
  • Ensure work decisions are documented clearly enough that another authorized teammate can verify status and reasoning without reconstructing history.
  • Apply exception resolution and document review practices while meeting workflow deadlines and maintaining evidence, owners, and open items.
  • Exercise sound judgment on escalation needs for non-clinical administration support related to home care reporting.

Success Standard

  • Financial records, reconciliation, and exception handling remain accurate and usable under operational demands.
  • Repeated errors become visible through the workflow.
  • Exceptions have clear owners.
  • Another authorized teammate can verify the state of work and audit trail without re-creating prior history.

Requirements

  • Experience or demonstrated ability working with financial records and reconciliation.
  • Ability to review invoices/payments, track exceptions, and support accurate financial reporting.
  • Strong spreadsheet analysis and account review skills.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and traceable documentation.
  • Ability to maintain approval tracking and audit-ready record maintenance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with variance analysis, data accuracy checks, and exception resolution.
  • Familiarity with audit support, financial-focused documentation practices, and document review.
  • Experience supporting financial reporting workflows tied to non-clinical administration for home care operations.
