Overview
This role involves applying financial expertise to help shape AI systems that interpret and communicate financial information. The position requires reviewing real financial statements, validating key metrics, and delivering clear, structured insights to ensure accuracy and reliability in AI-driven financial decision-making.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract opportunity with task-based assignments and no prior AI experience required.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze company-level financial statements and operational datasets
- Validate key financial metrics, ratios, and performance trends
- Cross-reference narrative disclosures with underlying quantitative data
- Summarize financial insights in clear, concise written form
- Support recurring evaluation cycles with consistent, high-quality analysis
- Complete task-based assignments independently on a flexible schedule
Requirements
- Experience in financial analysis, accounting, or corporate finance
- Proficiency working with spreadsheets and structured financial data
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely
- Detail-oriented and systematic approach, with strong accuracy focus
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without supervision
- No prior AI or technical experience required
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of sector-specific financial performance drivers
- Experience in equity research, investment analysis, or financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
- Familiarity with financial modeling or data validation workflows
- Background in auditing, valuation, or financial due diligence
