Financial Controller

Overview

An organization focused on advancing AI quality is seeking a Controller to join their team. This remote role offers flexible scheduling and can be pursued full-time, part-time, or on a periodic basis. The position involves contributing expertise to train AI Assistant models to better serve finance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses related to macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets
• Use professional education and experience to verify the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs
• Test AI models with complex, real-world financial scenarios and edge cases to assess their reasoning capabilities
• Provide clear, structured feedback to enhance the intelligence and reliability of AI models
• Evaluate AI chatbot outputs for correctness and performance

Qualifications

• Advanced financial reasoning skills with formal training in finance-related disciplines
• Master’s or PhD degree (completed or in progress) strongly preferred
• Relevant backgrounds include Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning
• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis related to finance management

Compensation & Benefits

• Remote position with flexible scheduling

• Hourly pay starting at USD $50-$60, with additional bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
