Overview
A global healthcare organization is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to analyze and interpret revenue cycle data to support operational and financial performance. This role involves developing reports, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights to drive decision-making.
This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. However, for hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. areas, a minimum of four days per week in-office work is required.
Responsibilities
- Analyze revenue cycle data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders and leadership
- Partner with operational teams to address business needs through data analysis
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting
- Perform ad hoc analysis to support business priorities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in business analytics or a related field
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to present data clearly and meaningfully
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in revenue cycle or healthcare
- Proficiency with Power BI
- Experience with Epic systems
- Compliance with the organization's Telecommuter Policy for remote employees
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $72,800 to $130,000 annually (based on full-time employment and factors such as local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications)
