Overview
A financial systems transformation associate role is available to support financial and accounting operations through various assignments including data cleansing, system testing, and process documentation.
Responsibilities
- Cleanse data across 100+ financial tables.
- Assist in managing system testing involving over 1500 test scripts to ensure transactions are balanced and meet engineering analytics requirements.
- Support the conversion of more than 10,000 projects and jobs, including all related financial and engineering Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) data.
- Collaborate with business subject matter experts (SMEs) to prepare process flow diagrams for financial processes, ensuring consistent classification of engineering WBSs for company-wide analytics.
- Work with SMEs to develop procedures and policies for all processes, guided by the engineering team to establish correct WBS.
- Perform duties under supervision from finance, communications, and/or engineering leaders, with assignments aligned to individual strengths.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Finance, Communications, or Business Administration.
- Less than 5 years of work experience.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft programs, especially Excel.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills across business teams.
- Ability to work independently after training.
Preferred Qualifications
- Programming knowledge to understand system development.
- Engineering knowledge related to Work Breakdown Structures on projects.
- Flexibility to adapt to daily changes in work schedule.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $26.59 - $46.54 per hour.
