Overview
This role involves building the financial planning and reporting foundation needed as the organization scales from a single operating site to a portfolio of plants. You will own the annual operating budget process, build the forecasts leadership relies on, and bring the same discipline to capital budgets behind the plants the organization finances and builds.
The organization is operating a commercial plant in Redding, California, and has a growing global project pipeline. This is a small team role where you will set up the systems, templates, models, and reporting cadence that the rest of the business uses.
