Overview
This role is for a Loan Support Analyst within a Collateral Monitoring organization, based in Brecksville, OH. The position operates Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm EST, with a minimum in-office expectation of once per month. Remote work may be eligible in select locations with approval, requiring a quiet, secure home workspace.
Responsibilities
- Perform ongoing collateral monitoring activities for lines of credit with borrowing base structures aligned to loan agreements.
- Maintain accuracy of availability on ACBS to ensure borrowing does not exceed collateral.
- Manage assigned work queues from CLASS and maintain a portfolio of customers.
- Conduct reconcilement of workbooks per customer portfolio.
- Ensure all required documents are received and collateral values are accurately input into borrowing base certificates/ECC module of ACBS.
- Collaborate with team leads, relationship managers, and underwriting to resolve discrepancies.
- Submit reviews for final quality control.
- Execute varied transactions and processes using standard procedures, potentially handling large, complex, or sensitive accounts.
- Process and reconcile moderately complex transactions in accordance with policies.
- Partner with internal and external business partners to route communications and complete transactions.
- Identify and resolve exceptions or escalate as appropriate.
- Provide responses and documentation for inquiries and ad hoc requests.
- Review transactions and related documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with service levels and policies.
Requirements
- Associates degree or equivalent experience.
- Typically requires 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of capital management, compliance requirements, loan documentation, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate within standard operating procedures.
- Effective communication skills and flexibility.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with due diligence and documentation processes.
- Familiarity with operational functions and problem management processes.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $37,500.00 – $62,500.00, varying by location, skills, experience, and education.
