Overview
This role is for a Loan Support Analyst Senior within a Commercial Lending Organization, based in one of the following locations: Cleveland, OH; Pittsburgh, PA; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; Denver, CO; or Kalamazoo, MI. The position operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time.
Responsibilities
- Service a portfolio of clients or complete parts of deals as instructed by agent banks, including handling incoming payments, advances, loan conversions, rate rollovers, and general loan maintenance.
- Conduct due diligence for advances, review notices, and input advances into the system before releasing them.
- Complete rate rollovers and move payments.
- Follow up on notices from agent banks, balance general ledgers, and proactively manage client portfolios to ensure a smooth experience for agent banks and customers.
- Execute varied and complex transactions/processes using standard procedures, potentially managing multiple specialized products or functional areas.
- Process and reconcile complex transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Partner with internal and external business partners to route communications, documents, or other action items to complete transactions.
- Identify and resolve exceptions or escalate as appropriate.
- Interact with customers and manage assigned accounts or portfolios.
- Ensure appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions.
- Assist with training and coaching new hires and serve as a subject matter resource for the team.
- Provide responses and documentation to inquiries and ad hoc requests.
- Complete research and provide feedback on workflow and work received.
- Review transactions and related documents to verify completeness, accuracy, and conformance to service levels and policies.
Requirements
- Exposure to ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System).
- Experience with wire transfers.
- Loan administration experience, particularly in the application of payments.
- Account reconciliation experience.
- Familiarity with Excel spreadsheets.
- Loan servicing experience.
- Knowledge of commercial loans.
- Operations experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm ET.
- Must be able to work from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace if remote work is approved.
- No sponsorship for employment visas or participation in STEM OPT for this position.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $41,250.00 – $75,625.00, varying by geographic location, market data, skills, experience, and education.
