Manager, Market Strategic Finance

Overview

This role serves as the primary finance partner to Market Operations leaders. You will provide clarity on local market P&Ls and build the reporting and planning infrastructure that supports organizational growth. The position is hands-on and requires comfort with pace and ambiguity in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with market leaders to review monthly P&L performance and explain budget vs. actual variances
• Deliver and continuously improve monthly, quarterly, and annual market financial reporting
• Standardize KPIs and templates across markets
• Expand and automate budgeting, forecasting, and reporting using Workday Adaptive Planning
• Support the annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting process, including headcount planning with functional leads and the People team
• Partner with Accounting to align planning models with accounting records by leveraging NetSuite data
• Continuously improve processes as the business grows

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance, with strong financial reporting experience
• Startup and healthcare experience (ideally with exposure to value-based care or actuarial work) preferred
• Comfort with NetSuite (or a similar ERP), with a clear sense of what good financial reporting looks like
• Workday Adaptive Planning experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of 3-statement models, GAAP, and P&L drivers, with the ability to explain variances to non-finance leaders

Compensation & Benefits

• Expected salary range: $110,000.00 - $145,000.00 Annual
