This full-time position involves conducting in-depth financial research and analysis to support strategic decision-making. The role focuses on identifying high-impact opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate complex financial insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research on financial markets, macroeconomic trends, and industry-specific developments.
  • Develop models to evaluate investment strategies, risk factors, and potential returns for institutional and retail portfolios.
  • Analyze financial statements, earnings reports, and regulatory filings to assess corporate performance and valuation.
  • Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to build and refine tools for automated financial analysis and reporting.
  • Present findings to senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, to support high-stakes decision-making.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages for financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Strong background in financial accounting, corporate finance, or investment research with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with statistical analysis, econometrics, or machine learning techniques applied to financial data.
  • Ability to interpret and synthesize large datasets to derive actionable financial insights.
  • Familiarity with financial databases such as Bloomberg, S&P Capital IQ, FactSet, or alternative data sources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey complex financial concepts.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering teams to deploy analytical tools in production environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary range from $400,000 to $800,000 per year.
