Mid Level Financial Analyst

Overview

This role provides mid-level financial management, reporting, and analytical support in a talent pipeline for future opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Track agreements, obligations, and funding actions.
• Support invoice processing and reconciliation.
• Assist with G-Invoicing and reimbursable agreements.
• Generate reports from FBMS and related systems.
• Monitor undelivered orders and funding balances.
• Maintain financial records and documentation.
• Conduct financial analysis and trend reporting.
• Support UDO and GR/SES reporting.
• Develop process improvement recommendations.
• Provide financial systems analysis and support.

Requirements

• Mid-level experience in financial analysis, reporting, and financial management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using FBMS and related financial systems.
• Familiarity with G-Invoicing and reimbursable agreement workflows.
• Experience with invoice processing, reconciliation, and tracking agreements and obligations.
• Exposure to UDO and GR/SES reporting.
