NetSuite ARM Functional Consultant – Manager

Overview

This role is part of the organization’s Digital Finance team within the Oracle consulting practice. The position supports finance organizations in using enterprise technology to achieve digital goals and capture business opportunities. Work focuses on helping clients define Finance Systems Strategies and executing those strategies, including implementing and enabling solutions such as Oracle NetSuite.

Responsibilities include supporting the adoption of new finance technologies (including NetSuite) and assisting with finance transformation initiatives that require both finance and technology consulting capabilities.

Preferred knowledge/skills

• Demonstrated extensive-level abilities and/or proven success managing the identification and addressing of client needs, including:
  • Executing end-to-end NetSuite implementations in a functional lead role
  • Leading teams of onshore and offshore resources through complex, full life cycle NetSuite implementations
  • Implementing NetSuite order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay, and account-to-report workstreams and associated modules
  • Working with NetSuite’s Advanced Revenue Management module
  • Using NetSuite’s SuiteBilling module
  • Designing complex NetSuite customizations
  • Designing integrations, including familiarity with integration platforms currently available and their compatibility with NetSuite
  • Knowledge of different types of testing required in a system implementation (unit, system integration, user acceptance)
  • Understanding of financial and accounting concepts, including the function of a general ledger, month/year end close process, and chart of account considerations
• Demonstrated extensive abilities and/or proven success as a team leader, including:
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $99,000 - $232,000
• Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
• Annual discretionary bonus eligibility
