NetSuite ARM Implementation Consultant - Senior Associate

Overview

This role is part of the Digital Finance team within the organization’s Oracle consulting practice. The position supports Finance organizations in using enterprise technology to achieve digital technology goals, including defining Finance Systems Strategies and delivering those strategies through execution. Work may include implementing and effectively using technology offerings such as Oracle-NetSuite to address client business needs in the Finance space.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers to help address complex business issues from strategy through execution. Responsibilities at this management level include:

Preferred Knowledge/Skills

• Demonstrated abilities and/or proven record of success managing the identification and addressing of client needs, including:
  • Executing end-to-end NetSuite implementations in a functional lead role
  • Leading teams of onshore and offshore resources through complex, full life cycle NetSuite implementations
  • Implementing NetSuite order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay, and account-to-report workstreams and associated modules
  • Working with NetSuite’s Advanced Revenue Management module
  • Using NetSuite’s SuiteBilling module
  • Designing complex NetSuite customizations
  • Knowledge of different testing types required in a system implementation (unit, system integration, user acceptance)
  • Understanding of financial and accounting concepts, including function of a general ledger, month/year end close process, chart of account considerations, etc.
  • Implementing SuiteSuccess methodology
• Demonstrated abilities and/or proven record of success as a team leader, including:
  • Proven communication skills and ability to clearly communicate complex ideas

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $77,000 - $202,000
• Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws
• Annual discretionary bonus eligibility
