NetSuite ARM Implementation Consultant - Senior Associate

Overview

This role is within the organization’s Digital Finance team, part of the Oracle consulting practice. The position supports Finance organizations in using enterprise technology to achieve digital technology goals, define Finance Systems Strategies, and carry those strategies through execution. Work includes helping clients implement and effectively use technology offerings such as Oracle-NetSuite.

As part of the Digital Finance team, responsibilities include supporting the utilization of new Finance technologies (including NetSuite) and contributing to finance transformation initiatives that require a blend of finance and technology consulting.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree

Preferred knowledge/skills

• Thorough ability and/or proven success managing the identification and addressing of client needs, including:
  • Executing end-to-end NetSuite implementations in a functional lead role
  • Leading teams of onshore and offshore resources through complex, full life cycle NetSuite implementations
  • Implementing NetSuite order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay, and account-to-report workstreams and associated modules
  • Working with NetSuite’s Advanced Revenue Management module
  • Using NetSuite’s SuiteBilling module
  • Designing complex NetSuite customizations
  • Demonstrating knowledge of different types of testing required in a system implementation (unit, system integration, user acceptance)
  • Demonstrating understanding of financial and accounting concepts (including function of a general ledger, month/year end close process, chart of account considerations, etc.)
  • Implementing SuiteSuccess methodology
• Thorough abilities and/or proven success as a team leader, including:
  • Proven communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $77,000 - $202,000
• Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws.
• All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
