OneStream Solution Architect

Overview

This role is for an experienced OneStream Solution Architect to join the organization’s OneStream practice within its Digital Solutions team. The position focuses on leading end-to-end delivery of OneStream solutions for clients, including financial close and consolidation, budgeting and forecasting, and business intelligence/analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery, requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment of OneStream solutions using application expertise, business knowledge, and technical skills.
• Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements and develop client design documentation for OneStream applications and solutions.
• Design an infrastructure framework within the OneStream financial application, considering scalability, performance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Develop and demonstrate OneStream proof of concepts as needed to optimize performance.
• Guide the development and deployment of technical solutions; facilitate OneStream solution and architecture reviews to align across divisions.
• Oversee OneStream solution quality and testing, including unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Support development of a client roadmap covering overall solution vision; communicate initiatives across the project team.
• Identify opportunities within client financial close and planning processes to better utilize OneStream to improve business results, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Support the development and maturity of the Finance OneStream Center of Excellence (COE) technical governance framework, including standards, policies, principles, and procedures guiding OneStream decisions and maximizing value of technology and integrations.
• Collaborate with clients to design and develop business intelligence, analytics, and reporting solutions.
• Interact with organization and client leadership on OneStream client and engagement management.
• Stay current with advancements in OneStream’s core platform, marketplace solutions, and AI capabilities.
• Help develop junior staff by supporting training program development, leading training sessions, and coaching team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a closely related field.
• Experience implementing a leading financial planning and consolidation software (EPM/CPM solution)—OneStream or Oracle EPM/PBCS highly preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of technical architecture experience, including a minimum of three (3) years dedicated to OneStream implementations.
• Robust knowledge of the financial close and consolidation process, including account reconciliation, currency translations, intercompany eliminations, top-side entries, and financial statements.
• Deep understanding of .NET and SQL development and how to develop within the OneStream engines.
• OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) – Lead Architect certification.
• Ability to lead and supervise others; provide exceptional client service; demonstrate commitment to continuous learning; apply ethical knowledge; demonstrate a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and timely project completion.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $100,000 to $182,400.
• Compensation will depend on relevant factors including skills, experience, qualifications, professional certifications, work arrangements, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs.
• The organization provides a compensation and benefits package for eligible employees.
