Operations Analyst

Overview

This role involves ongoing administration of active loan facilities, with opportunities across three operational functions:

• Loan Agency Deal Team Operations Analyst I
• Loan Agency Payments Operations Analyst I
• Loan Agency Assignments and Intake Operations Analyst I

Remote position offered in MST and CST.

Responsibilities

Loan Agency Deal Team Operations Analyst I

• Set up new loan facilities in internal loan systems
• Maintain loan terms, lender details, and facility information
• Calculate interest, fees, and payment amounts
• Prepare and distribute notices related to payments, fundings, rate sets, and conversions
• Support amendments, repricings, and loan terminations
• Respond to borrower and lender inquiries related to loan administration

Loan Agency Payments Operations Analyst I

• Create, review, and process loan payments, including fundings and distributions
• Reconcile bank accounts across multiple banking platforms
• Generate internal and external client payment reports
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies
• Respond to payment-related inquiries from internal and external parties
• Support reconciliation processes related to reporting and tax requirements

Loan Agency Assignments and Intake Operations Analyst I

• Review and process lender assignments in accordance with loan documentation
• Collect, validate, and maintain lender administrative details and tax forms
• Review and verbally confirm wire instructions
• Complete audit confirmations
• Respond to inquiries related to assignments and documentation intake
• Support internal and external users of SRS Acquiom platforms

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, operations, or equivalent experience
• One year or more of experience in finance, banking, or loan administration
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of syndicated and bilateral loans
