Overview
This role supports analytics and recommendations to senior leadership for formulary rebate and pharmacy network optimization initiatives. You will join a small, collaborative team working to improve health and financial outcomes for consumers through advanced analytics, clinical insights, and digital capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide analytics support and recommendations to senior leadership regarding formulary rebate and pharmacy network optimization strategies
- Develop tools and processes to monitor revenue performance and implement tasks to bring performance to or above targets
- Create and implement metrics and measures to establish performance objectives for revenue maximization
- Collaborate with business partners to understand goals, develop predictive modeling, statistical analyses, data reports, and performance metrics
- Design and maintain policy and procedures supporting overall compliance, including contract and state/regulatory requirements
- Leverage technology expertise to identify and implement automation opportunities across the enterprise, including through artificial intelligence
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or other related area, or equivalent work-related experience
- 3+ years’ experience in Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) experience
- Ability to understand and evaluate risk
- Experience supporting and managing contractual guarantees
- 1+ years’ experience with modeling and data management
- Advanced SQL, DB Visualizer, and Excel skills required
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills with a high degree of mathematical aptitude
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to interact with senior management and key business users
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task
Preferred Qualifications
- Tableau and/or Power BI experience
Compensation & Benefits
- New Jersey: expected base salary between 95,000 USD to 105,000 USD
- Massachusetts: expected base salary between 95,000 USD to 105,000 USD
