Overview
This role provides analytics support and recommendations to senior leadership for formulary rebate and pharmacy network optimization initiatives. You will help develop tools, metrics, and processes to monitor revenue performance, support revenue maximization objectives, and strengthen compliance across contractual and state/regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide analytics support and recommendations to senior leadership regarding initiatives related to formulary rebate and pharmacy network optimization strategies
- Develop tools and processes to monitor revenue performance and execute tasks to bring performance to or above targets
- Create and implement metrics and measures to establish performance objectives for revenue maximization
- Collaborate with business partners to understand goals and develop predictive modeling, statistical analyses, data reports, and performance metrics
- Design and maintain policy and procedures supporting overall compliance, including contract and state/regulatory requirements
- Use technology expertise to identify and implement opportunities for automation through artificial intelligence across the enterprise
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or other related area, or equivalent work-related experience
- 3+ years’ experience in Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) experience
- Ability to understand and evaluate risk
- Experience supporting and managing contractual guarantees
- 1+ years’ experience with modeling and data management
- Advanced SQL, DB Visualizer, and Excel skills required
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills with a high degree of mathematical aptitude
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to interact with senior management and key business users
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task
Preferred Qualifications
- Tableau and/or Power BI experience

- Actual base salary will vary based on relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location
- Expected base salary:
- New Jersey: $95,000 to $105,000
- Massachusetts: $95,000 to $105,000
