Pricing Analyst III - Change Order & Modifications

Overview

A leading organization in the Aerospace & Defense sector is seeking a Pricing Analyst III - Change Order & Modifications to support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives. This role will enhance business visibility and decision-making by partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within an Aerospace & Defense environment.

Location

• Remote (US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available)

Compensation

• $106,000 – $135,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost and price proposals of medium to high complexity in compliance with cost accounting standards
• Develop and implement proposal strategies aligned with organizational objectives
• Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and ensure cost models meet customer compliance requirements
• Mentor junior pricing team members and collaborate with senior professionals to enhance best practices
• Perform quality assurance reviews of cost/price volumes for accuracy and responsiveness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required
• Minimum of 5 years of pricing proposal experience
• Experience with Service Contract Act Wage Determinations and Collective Bargaining Agreements
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong mathematical skills
• Strong analytical abilities and effective communication skills across all organizational levels

Desired Skills and Experience

• Knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR)
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools, RFP management software, and proposal management software
• Experience with data analysis and advanced statistical analysis software
• Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Slack and Microsoft Teams
