This role involves onboarding qualified finance professionals as Certified Private Markets Analysts within a private capital ecosystem. Analysts operate as independent contractors, activated through a certification and verification process, and gain access to live deal flow and paid analytical projects supporting investors, fund managers, and operators.

Analyst levels, rating scores, and typical pay ranges are as follows:

Analysts receive an Analyst Rating Score (0–100) that determines platform visibility, approved work categories, and recommended hourly rates.

No cold applying or unpaid experience is required. Verified analysts are actively promoted to investors and deal sponsors.
