Overview
Enterprise Payments is a growing business segment focused on commercial card, merchant, foreign exchange, liquidity, and fintech products across a range of industry verticals and client segments.
This role supports the Product Associate on the Core Treasury Fraud Product Team, responsible for product analytics, supplier and client enablement, and cross-functional execution across a commercial payments fraud prevention portfolio. The position turns data into insights, identifies opportunities to grow product penetration, and translates fraud and payments trends into actionable recommendations for product, risk, operations, and technology partners.
Responsibilities
Business Activation and Growth Support
- Partner with Product Managers to plan and execute business activation strategies that grow adoption, penetration, and revenue across the fraud product portfolio.
- Support supplier and client enablement campaigns end to end, including targeting, prioritization, execution tracking, and post-campaign performance review.
- Translate portfolio insights into clear recommendations for Product Managers, Payment Advisors, Field Client Managers, and Business Development partners.
- Build and maintain playbooks, talking points, and enablement materials to help internal teams position fraud products with clients.
- Track pipeline, funnel, and conversion metrics; identify bottlenecks and recommend actions to accelerate growth.
- Support pricing analysis, opportunity sizing, and win/loss reviews that inform commercial strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales enablement, and digital adoption partners to align activation efforts with broader Commercial Payments priorities.
- Represent the analyst voice in cross-functional working sessions and bring a business perspective to product, risk, operations, and technology discussions.
Product Data Operations, Reporting, and Analytics
- Build, run, and maintain queries, dashboards, and recurring reporting to support product performance monitoring and leadership updates.
- Develop and maintain data views for utilization, activity, client segments, revenue trends, and risk indicators across the fraud portfolio.
- Prepare monthly performance, risk, and operational reports; conduct initial analysis and review findings with Product Managers.
- Support ad hoc data requests, audit and regulatory inquiries, and issue research with accurate, well-documented analysis.
- Partner with technology and data teams to improve data quality, definitions, and governance for fraud product metrics.
- Continuously improve reporting efficiency by automating manual steps and standardizing recurring outputs.

- Participate in forecasting, performance measurement, monitoring, and assessing client experience impacts across the fraud portfolio.
- Collaborate with Risk and Compliance to ensure initiatives align with the organization’s moderate risk profile.
- Partner with internal technology, third-party vendors, and other strategic partners to support delivery of new client solutions.
- Comply with all organizational policies and procedures, including acting professionally, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of clients and the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, economics, analytics, or related field (preferred)
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration (preferred)
- OR equivalent experience (required)
Work Experience (required)
- One or more years of experience in product analytics, business analysis, operations, or client resolution, or
- One or more years of experience in a payments or commercial rotational program or relevant internship
Additional Background
- Understanding of Commercial Treasury Banking products and services (preferred)
- Exposure to fraud, payments, or risk related products (preferred)

- Reporting and visualization experience with tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Data quality and governance understanding, including accurate definitions, sources, and documentation.
- Problem-solving ability to structure ambiguous questions and communicate findings clearly.
- Automation and efficiency mindset to streamline repetitive reporting and reduce manual effort.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $69,000.00 - $105,000.00 annually.
- Placement within the pay range may differ based on skills, experience, and geographic location.
- Eligibility for incentive compensation, which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.

Position Location Policy
- Open on location within the United States.
- Hybrid requirement: If the selected candidate resides in Cleveland, OH, Buffalo, NY, or Albany, NY, or near a non-branch location, they are expected to work on-site 3 days per week at the nearest location.
- Remote work offered if outside the organization’s footprint.
