Overview
This role involves providing basic to moderately complex analytical support across various areas of the organization. The individual will support business processes within the team and maintain tools and rates to ensure accuracy. Projects include updates affecting rating plans, initiatives, data validation, and ad-hoc requests.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project requirements across disciplines, develop plans and timelines
- Provide guidance on projects considering state regulatory environments and specific regulations
- Create, update, and maintain rating plans, rating tools, and ratemaking tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and locate necessary information
- Respond to stakeholder questions and perform basic to moderately complex ad-hoc data requests
- Conduct testing and documentation, verify data quality, identify inconsistencies, and communicate findings
- Make daily decisions to meet accuracy standards and resolve basic data issues independently
- Investigate and propose process improvements to increase efficiency
Requirements
- 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Basic technology skills
- Intermediate decision-making, time and project management, problem-solving, detail orientation, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work semi-independently
Supervisory Responsibilities
- This position does not have supervisory duties.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting base salary: $62,500
- Salary range: $51,500 - $78,575 annually, based on experience and qualifications
- Background investigation required

Work Environment
- Remote work requires a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions
