Overview
This role involves supporting medical professionals and healthcare practitioners in fulfilling their tax obligations and providing them with security in tax matters. The position contributes to helping clients overcome bureaucratic challenges and mitigate tax risks, thereby supporting the diverse practices that form the backbone of the healthcare system.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage your own client portfolio
- Collaborate closely with your team to continuously develop and improve services
- Perform ongoing financial accounting as well as prepare annual financial statements, tax registrations, and tax returns
- Advise clients on tax-related questions and digital transformation
- Opportunities for further responsibilities and career advancement up to tax specialist, tax advisor, and leadership roles depending on interest and commitment
Requirements
- Completed training as a tax clerk or equivalent further education
- Experience in client support and consulting
- Familiarity with software solutions such as DATEV, ADDISON, or similar
- Demonstrated helpfulness, eagerness to learn, and affinity for IT and the internet
