Remote Audit Senior - 80k-110k

Overview

This role is for a Remote Senior Auditor to join the Audit & Assurance team of a regional public accounting and advisory firm with over 35 years of experience.

• Location: Remote, with headquarters in Nashville, TN
• Work setup: Fully remote with a local presence
• Compensation: $80,000–$110,000 + Bonus + 4 weeks PTO

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audits, reviews, and compilations across multiple industries
• Supervise and mentor junior staff in a remote environment
• Conduct risk assessments and develop customized audit strategies
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements
• Communicate directly with clients to provide audit findings and recommendations
• Oversee engagement planning, execution, and reporting

Requirements

• CPA license preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of recent public accounting audit experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and audit software
• Must reside in or near Nashville, TN (occasional local travel may be required)
