Remote CPA Accountant / Relationship Manager

Overview

This role is a 100% remote CPA Accountant/Relationship Manager position with a “path to” compensation up to $205,000. The starting salary is $85,000 with 40-hour weeks year-round (permanent direct hire).

Availability is required between 8:30 and 4:30 CST to answer questions, with the ability to set flexible hours within that availability window. Must be a CPA.

  • $85,000 (50 clients)
  • $125,000 (75 clients)
  • $165,000 (100 clients)
  • Up to $205,000 salary (125 clients)
  • Possible equity after $205,000

Responsibilities

• Perform bookkeeping, monthly reports, tax planning, payroll processing, 1099 reporting, and annual report filings.
• Complete technical work and client-facing duties as part of the split workload:
  • 20 hours/week technical work
  • 10–20 hours/week client communication, relationship management, and tax preparation

Requirements

• Must be a CPA
• Small to medium-sized firm experience required
• Ability to be available between 8:30 and 4:30 CST to answer questions
