Remote CPA Accountant / Relationship Manager

Overview

This role is a 100% remote CPA Accountant/Relationship Manager position with a path to a maximum salary of $205,000. Employment is permanent direct hire with unlimited PTO and 40-hour weeks year-round.

Schedule requirement: Must be available between 8:30 and 4:30 CST to answer questions, with flexibility outside those hours.

Starting salary: $85,000. Must be a CPA.

• Starting salary: $85,000 (salary, not hourly)
• Path to salary based on client count:
  • $85,000 (50 clients)
  • $125,000 (75 clients)
  • $165,000 (100 clients)
  • Up to $205,000 salary (125 clients)
  • Possible equity after reaching $205,000

Responsibilities

• Perform bookkeeping, monthly reports, tax planning, payroll processing, 1099 reporting, and annual report filings.
• Split role expectations between:
  • 20 hours/week technical work
  • 10–20 hours/week client communication, relationship management, and tax preparation

Requirements

• CPA required
• Experience working with small to medium-sized firm clients
• Must be available between 8:30 and 4:30 CST to answer questions
