REMOTE Nonprofit Audit Manager | Up to $180K salary

Overview

A nationally recognized, middle-market CPA and Advisory firm based in the New England region is seeking a Remote Audit Manager or Senior Manager specializing in Nonprofits and Single Audits. The firm serves a diverse client base including small to large nonprofits, closely-held businesses, publicly traded companies, and high-net-worth individuals across various industries. The role offers highly consultative and technically challenging work with exposure to advisory-style projects and sophisticated compliance engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements with a focus on nonprofit organizations and Single Audits
• Manage client relationships and serve as a primary point of contact
• Oversee compliance with Uniform Guidance and GAAP standards
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to audit teams
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of audit services

Requirements

• Active CPA license
• 5-8+ years of public accounting and audit experience
• Minimum of 1 year in a management role
• Strong technical knowledge of Single Audits, Uniform Guidance, and GAAP
• Extensive experience auditing nonprofit organizations
• Proven ability to lead engagements and manage client relationships
• Must be U.S.-based and authorized to work in the U.S.
