Overview

A boutique Accounting & Advisory firm is seeking a Remote Senior Tax Manager to join their growing team. The firm specializes in providing streamlined Tax and Client Accounting Services primarily for start-ups, entrepreneurs, and small businesses across the U.S. This is a 100% remote position requiring candidates to be based in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage, review, and oversee tax staff on client engagements
• Provide tax leadership and client-facing services to small business clients
• Collaborate with tax partners and team members to deliver high-quality tax solutions

Requirements

• Active CPA license (EA candidates will also be considered)
• Minimum 7-10+ years of public accounting and tax experience
• Proven experience managing and reviewing tax staff
• Strong expertise with small business tax returns (Forms 1120S, 1065, 1040)
• Experience with UltraTax software is strongly preferred
