Overview
The organization is seeking a Revenue Optimization Manager to enhance partner performance and revenue through data-driven market insights and cross-functional collaboration. This role involves guiding strategy, refining processes, and aligning stakeholders around clear, actionable insights and frameworks to support business growth and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, top-performing partners, and growth opportunities by partnering with sales leaders and business intelligence teams.
- Monitor and report on program performance, build and interpret analyses and dashboards, and use data to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and recommend actions to improve outcomes.
- Manage the iteration and implementation of partner performance evaluation frameworks, ensuring they are data-driven, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional projects by scoping problems, defining success metrics, building structured project plans, aligning stakeholders, managing timelines and risks, and driving execution and post-mortem analysis.
- Execute revenue optimization and allocation processes consistently and thoughtfully to drive scalable business results.
- Synthesize complex analyses and business context into clear narratives and recommendations for Sales, Partner Success, Analytics, and leadership to ensure alignment toward shared goals.
- Identify process inefficiencies and experience gaps, then propose, socialize, and implement improvements with appropriate stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Operations teams to test ideas, influence roadmaps, and support experimentation that improves partner and consumer outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting, sales operations, revenue operations, analytics, program management, or business unit management.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency; experience with SQL and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects, building structured plans, managing timelines, and aligning diverse stakeholders including Sales, Analytics, Product, and Operations.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to translate complex strategic decisions and data into clear, compelling narratives.
- Proven ownership mindset with a track record of taking initiative and delivering solutions regardless of complexity.
- Strategic and operational thinker capable of identifying, developing, and implementing solutions to complex problems from multiple perspectives.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments, able to bring structure, prioritize effectively, and focus teams on high-impact work.
Compensation & Benefits
- This is a remote position open to U.S. employees residing in any of the 50 states, with limited exceptions.
- Standard base pay ranges vary by location:
- California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC: $90,900 - $145,100 annually.
- Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia: $86,300 - $137,900 annually.
- In addition to a competitive base salary, the position is eligible for equity awards based on experience, performance, and location.
- Employees will not be paid below the salary threshold for exempt employees in their state of residence.
