Overview
A dynamic Rebate Engagement team is being formed to bridge the knowledge gap between clients and rebate/financial/reporting operations. This client-facing role involves collaborating with internal account teams and operational partners to manage client contractual obligations related to rebate reporting, payments, reconciliations, and financial projects. The position requires strong project and issue management skills to drive resolutions and deliver high-quality, predictable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Trade, and Reporting to meet client requirements
- Review and analyze reporting to identify trends, opportunities, and ensure quality before client delivery
- Implement process improvements and strategic projects based on trend analysis
- Independently manage client issues and projects with minimal leadership involvement
- Triage finance-specific account team requests
- Support complex client escalations and projects requiring innovative solutions
- Conduct lessons learned and feedback sessions post-issue resolution to improve future processes
Project Management
- Develop and maintain issue and project tracking tools (e.g., milestone reports, agendas)
- Align with cross-functional partners on client and project expectations
- Escalate risks or support needs appropriately within and across teams
- Distribute weekly meeting agendas and notes in a timely manner
- Provide regular summary updates to finance leadership
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in PBM or healthcare operational and/or financial roles
- At least 2 years of experience in research, investigation, analysis, and ad-hoc reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior client-facing experience
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data manipulation
- Experience using Salesforce

Compensation and Benefits
- Typical pay range: $46,988 to $112,200 annually, depending on experience, education, and geography
- Eligible for bonus, commission, or short-term incentive programs in addition to base pay
- Full-time position with 40 hours per week
