Senior Finance Systems Analyst

Overview

This role is for a Senior Finance Systems Analyst to join the Finance Systems team. The position focuses on designing and architecting scalable finance systems to support organizational growth and finance transformation. You will partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to streamline core finance processes, automate finance workflows, and support international expansion within current and future finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with accounting and other finance teams to enable new features within Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP for:
  • Accounting Hub
  • Cash Management
  • Payables
  • Subledger Accounting
  • Other finance systems
• Automate finance processes using AI-enabled solutions.
• Drive cross-functional alignment for solution design.
• Document and manage testing activities and related approvals for system changes.
• Support finance teams by providing responses and data from systems for internal and SOX audits.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant work experience, working with Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP financial applications and other finance systems.
• Experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP modules including:
  • Accounting Hub
  • Payables
  • Cash Management
  • Receivables
  • Subscription Management
  • Revenue Management
  • Subledger Accounting
  • FDI reporting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interface comfortably with all levels and across departments.
• Outstanding change management skills; ability to lead teams through change.
• Detail-oriented and highly analytical, with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and committed to follow-through.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change.
• Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple macOS, and GSuite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other applications, including:
  • Zip Procurement to Pay
  • Navan Travel and Expense
• Experience creating innovative solutions using AI tools to automate processes within and around ERP applications.
• Familiarity with treasury systems such as Kyriba.
• Familiarity with SEC reporting applications such as Workiva.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay Range: $112,500 - $147,500
• Starting pay is determined by factors including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.
