Overview

A growing organization is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their Corporate FP&A team. This role involves addressing complex financial challenges such as structuring compensation and rewards to attract and retain talent, enhancing planning and tracking processes to scale with growth, and balancing growth with profitability in a dynamic macroeconomic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own comprehensive P&L responsibilities, including leading critical company-wide inputs such as equity forecasting, global benefits, and headcount planning.
  • Manage the Legal team’s P&L, providing oversight of OpEx and broader financial strategy.
  • Collaborate strategically with senior leadership, acting as a trusted advisor and influencing major business decisions.
  • Develop advanced financial models, demonstrating strong analytical skills and comfort working with new data.
  • Analyze and communicate financial data clearly, uncovering the story behind the numbers to drive action.
  • Build deep business partnerships to serve as a strategic advisor to various teams.
  • Create structure from ambiguity by identifying areas of interest, leading innovative projects, and developing new frameworks to guide the business.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leaders, contributing to the company’s strategic direction.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of professional experience demonstrating high-level excellence.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven advanced financial analysis and modeling skills.
  • Strong storytelling ability to clearly communicate financial insights and influence decisions.
  • Big-picture thinker with intellectual curiosity, capable of creating clarity from complexity and making strategic recommendations.
  • Proactive mindset towards leveraging AI to improve processes, accelerate insights, and evolve finance operations.
  • Comfortable owning projects in uncharted territory and driving innovation.
  • Ability to contribute positively to team culture and support a high-performing, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in strategy consulting, technology finance, or high-growth industries.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual cash compensation range: $110,900 to $166,400 USD.
  • Compensation includes base salary, on-target commission (if applicable), and annual bonus targets.
  • Some roles may be eligible for equity participation through restricted stock units (RSUs) and overtime pay.
  • Individual compensation packages are tailored based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
