Senior Manager - MIS & Project.Corporate Affairs - MIS & Projects

Overview

This role leads and delivers assigned finance transformation initiatives aligned to business requirements. You will collaborate closely with Technology, DATA, OPS, TMO, and Business stakeholders, and support bank-wide strategic projects and internal initiatives with regular updates to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of finance transformation initiatives, including planning, UAT test design, execution, defect management, and stakeholder sign-off.
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies, AI-enabled tools, and automation to improve reporting efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial and management reporting data through robust reconciliation and validation frameworks across finance systems.
• Design and develop reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions to enable data-driven insights.
• Support Finance teams during month-end processes by tracking issues and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide regular progress updates to senior management on transformation initiatives and related internal projects.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to lead finance transformation initiatives end-to-end, including UAT lifecycle management (planning, test design, execution, defect management, and stakeholder sign-off).
• Experience improving reporting efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making through automation, emerging technologies, and/or AI-enabled tools.
• Strong ability to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timeliness using reconciliation and validation frameworks across finance systems.
• Experience designing and developing reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Technology, DATA, OPS, TMO, and Business stakeholders.
