Senior Payroll Analyst

Overview

The organization is seeking an experienced Senior Workday Payroll Analyst to support U.S. payroll operations and ongoing payroll system initiatives.

This role focuses on payroll processing, time and attendance, reconciliations, reporting, and issue resolution in partnership with HR and Finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly U.S. payroll
• Support time and attendance activities
• Review payroll results and resolve discrepancies
• Process employee payroll changes and deductions
• Perform reconciliations and payroll reporting
• Support payroll taxes and year-end activities
• Assist with audits and compliance
• Respond to payroll-related employee questions
• Support payroll process improvements

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of payroll experience
• Hands-on Workday Payroll experience
• Time and absence experience
• Strong payroll processing and reconciliation skills
• Knowledge of payroll taxes and compliance
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Multistate payroll experience
• SOX or payroll audit exposure
• Equity / bonus payroll experience

Compensation & Benefits

• $85,000 - $100,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.

Location

U.S. payroll operations (biweekly U.S. payroll processing).
