Overview
This fully remote role involves implementing and maintaining accurate pricing for all US and Canada facilities that are part of the AST business unit. The position supports senior management, corporate accounts, sales, marketing, site operations, and internal/external audit through data gathering, analysis, reporting, and audit-request management.
Responsibilities also include using working knowledge of AST contracts to proactively identify opportunities to enhance pricing systems as business needs evolve.
Responsibilities
- Support and manage pricing inquiries as part of the Global Sales Operations Team.
- Review pricing requests to ensure compliance with pricing policies and existing contracts.
- Develop and maintain work instructions for the department.
- Create ad hoc reports and use internal information systems to support pricing and contract data needs, including:
- Sales histories
- Contract pricing, terms and conditions
- Membership alignments
- Tier qualification and its influence on contract performance on an established cadence
- Provide recommendations and subject matter expertise for special pricing situations and promotions, including implementation feasibility.
- Collaborate with business systems and transformation teams to develop solutions for special pricing and contract initiatives.
- Provide training support to Site Operations regarding Pricing Administration.
- Propose process and system modifications to improve efficiency and meet evolving business needs.
- Identify reporting opportunities for advanced analytics to enhance pricing systems, based on knowledge of healthcare contracts, purchasing groups, and changes in the healthcare industry.
- Coordinate and participate in special projects.
- Manage internal and external audit requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Service or an analytical role required.
- 2+ years of experience with a CRM required.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel required.
- Residency in the U.S. Eastern Standard time (EST) zone.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience with the employer.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $68,637.50 - $88,825.00
- This position is eligible for bonus participation.
- Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed.

Location & Travel
- Fully remote.
- Requires U.S. travel: Approximately 5–15% annually.
- Occasional travel (about once every 1–2 months) to meet with Site Operations and attend pricing-related meetings.
