Senior Project Accounting Specialist - Biller

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers to prepare and finalize monthly invoices in accordance with contract terms
• Audit billing data for accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate with accounting and operations teams to resolve client and invoice discrepancies
• Assist in closing out projects upon completion
• Ensure timely submission of invoices to clients

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of project billing experience in the environmental field
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (preferably Version 2010)
• Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Professional

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional experience in project billing within environmental consulting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and compliance processes
