Overview
A high-growth fintech organization is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to play a central role in their go-to-market (GTM) engine. This strategic position involves partnering with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to manage systems, data, and processes that drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Design, model, and administer GTM compensation plans, including quota-setting and accelerators
- Own end-to-end compensation calculations ensuring accuracy and maintaining a clean audit trail
- Build and maintain dashboards and analyses to provide leadership with real-time insights into pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and revenue trends
- Manage the HubSpot instance end-to-end, including architecture, data hygiene, integrations, workflows, and user enablement across the GTM stack
- Support administration of all GTM systems
- Identify manual Revenue Operations and GTM workflows and lead automation or augmentation efforts using AI tools to increase team output
- Continuously improve sales processes and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to align goals and remove friction
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or fintech environment
- Hands-on experience designing and calculating GTM compensation plans with a strong understanding of how compensation drives behavior
- HubSpot administrator-level proficiency with experience integrating it across the GTM technology stack
- Strong analytical skills with fluency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with SQL or BI tools such as Looker or Tableau is a plus
- Active use of AI tools to improve workflows and a genuine curiosity about emerging technologies
- Detail-oriented with clear communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly in ambiguous environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $105,000 – $120,000
- On-target earnings (OTE): $115,000 – $130,000
- Total compensation is determined based on experience, skills, and market data
