Overview
This role supports the execution of the investor communications strategy ahead of and after an Initial Public Offering (IPO), with responsibilities focused on quarterly reporting, market and investor analysis, and coordination of investor communications.
Responsibilities
- Prepare quarterly earnings reports, investor presentations, transcripts and associated materials, and press releases
- Monitor and analyze market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment
- Coordinate and participate in investor meetings, conferences, and non-deal roadshows
- Provide detailed analysis and feedback on investor and analyst reports to senior management
- Manage and update investor relations content on the company website and social media channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communications
- Support execution of the investor relations strategy in line with corporate objectives
- Travel up to 25%
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience
- OR Graduate Degree and minimum 4 years of prior related experience
- OR in lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
Requirements
- Eligibility to obtain a U.S. security clearance; typically based on U.S. citizenship and successful completion and disposition of an extensive background investigation
Schedule
- Employees work 9 out of every 14 days (totalling 80 hours worked)
- Every other Friday off
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $110,000 – $115,000
