Overview
The organization is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to help scale Corporate FP&A capabilities and provide high-visibility business partnership across G&A functions. This role works closely with senior management, combining strategic thinking with the ability to dive deep on analyses that support long-term goals.
Responsibilities
- Build comprehensive financial models spanning investment cases, strategic planning, and cost of capital considerations.
- Design financial and management reporting to measure KPIs, business performance, and financial performance.
- Own G&A budgeting, recurring forecasts, and long-range planning processes, including variance analysis, operational support, and ad hoc modeling.
- Identify and align with G&A stakeholders on KPIs that drive financial ownership, visibility, and operational efficiency.
- Provide analytical support and develop actionable insights to influence resource and capital allocation decisions.
- Partner on investment proposal business case development and support the approval decision process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
- 4+ years of experience, including 2–3 years in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.
- Strong proficiency with financial modeling and investment evaluation.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills; experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools (e.g., Netsuite, Adaptive, Anaplan) preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills; ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
- Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
- Passion for gaming and emerging technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or CFA.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools (e.g., Netsuite, Adaptive, Anaplan).
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary: USD 130,000 - USD 150,000
